Supreme court concern over illegal Adoption of children....
In india many childrens lost their parents and become orphans . And some illegal adoptions of children for present in the country.supreme Court concerned for this that is illegal adoption of children.
supreme court as directed States government and union territories to prevent any NGO from collecting funds in the number of affected children by disclosing their identity and inviting interested person's to adopt them.
Invitation to persons for adoption of orphans is contrary to juvenile justice act 2015 has no adoption of child can be permitted without the involvement of CARA ( Central Adoption Resource Authority ).
CARA-- it is the statutory body of ministry of women's and child development. Its functions as the nodal body for adoption of Indian children and is mandated to monitor and regulate in the country and intercountry adoption in accordance with the provisions of Hague convention on their country adoption 1993 ratified by Government of India in 2003.
NCPCR ( National Commission for Protection of Child Rights ).Indian statutory body established by an act of Parliament the commission for protection of child rights act 2005. It works under the agis of ministry of women and child development.
So supreme Court has taken the action against the illegal adoption of children in the country e and due to covid-19 many childrens lost their of parents and become orphans so my request is that government should provide facility for them who lost their parents and take action against who misuse in the name of adoption of childrens in the country.
Thank you.. .......
